Pat Bell, President
Pat Bell has over thirty years of experience in the defense industry. He spent nine years in the United States Air Force, where he obtained a Yankee White Security Clearance. During that time, his chief duties included providing aircraft security for the President and Vice President of the United States aboard Air Force One and Air Force Two. After serving in the U.S. Air Force, Mr. Bell spent several years at AMC Security Company where he was promoted to Director of Operations. There he managed a force of 200 security guards both armed and unarmed. Following this he worked as the Director of Operations for Security Assurance Management, Inc., where he was responsible for not only managing the guard force but also marketing and development.

Mr. Bell started PPS with the desire to implement higher standards in the industry as a whole. His vision, passion for leadership, and service are the keys that drive the organization forward.

Lena Bell , Chief Executive Officer
Lena Bell serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Preeminent Protective Services (PPS). She is a licensed Special Police Officer for PPS and holds a Private Detective License in the District of Columbia . Mrs. Bell has over 15 years of management and leadership experience. Mrs. Bell is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Strayer University and holds in Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. She managed several businesses in the Washington , DC area before assuming her role at PPS. She is responsible for the strategic planning, sales, marketing and the over all financial management of the company. Mrs. Bell mission for the company is to “S et the example, be the first, the best and preeminent ”.

Eric Sharpe, Chief Information Officer
Eric Sharpe has vast knowledge and experience working with both commercial and government clients in the area of information technology. He graduated from Devry University with a Degree in Telecommunications Management. He has held senior level roles in both Consulting, and Engineering for such companies as Northrop Grumman and Robert Half. He was also a Technical Account Manager for Digex, Inc., managing several of their most complex customers. In 2005 he led the development and implementation of OPMs Electronic Human Resources Initiative at Geo Learning, Inc. In

2007 he implemented the regions first GET Encrypted MPLS Network for Tower FCU, and State Department FCU at RedZone Technologies, LLC. Mr. Sharpe has a working knowledge of all the major Server Operating Systems to include Microsoft Windows, Sun Solaris, Mac OS X, and many Linux variants. He has demonstrated his ability to aid in disaster recovery of critical data that translates to savings of millions of dollars. More importantly he believes in presenting a complete solution to computer security issues rather than a quick fix that will cost more money in the long run.
